Spinal ENERGETICS

Spinal Energetics is a body-based modality that works with the spine, nervous system, and energetic field to support the release of stored tension, stress, and emotional holding. Sessions are guided by the body rather than force or structure, allowing the nervous system to regulate and reorganise naturally.

I’m a Spinal Energetics practitioner who believes the body holds our story — and when we create safety, it knows how to release, regulate, and heal.

 

My work focuses on supporting the nervous system and helping the body unwind stored tension, stress, and emotional holding. Through Spinal Energetics, I work with the spine and energetic field to gently guide the body out of survival patterns and back into balance.

 

I take an intuitive, client-led approach, allowing each session to unfold naturally rather than following a rigid structure. No two sessions are ever the same, as each body responds in its own way and at its own pace. I don’t believe healing needs to be forced or fixed. Instead, I work with the intelligence of the body, creating space for deep physical, emotional, and energetic shifts to occur safely and organically. My intention is to offer a grounded, non-judgemental space where you can soften, reset, and reconnect with yourself — and feel more at home in your body

Each Spinal Energetics session is guided by your body and nervous system, not a set routine.

You’ll remain fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment table while gentle contact is applied along the spine and surrounding areas.

Your body may respond in a variety of ways — such as subtle movements, deep relaxation, emotional release, or shifts in awareness.

There is no need to talk through anything unless you choose to.

The focus is on allowing your nervous system to feel safe enough to release and reorganise at its own pace.

Sessions are calm, grounded, and respectful. You’re never pushed, forced, or asked to relive experiences
